Biography
Jay Siegel is Professor Emeritus at Tianjin University where he was Dean of Applied Pharmaceutical Science. Jay’s main research areas are molecular design and the chemical synthesis of new materials. During his senior fellowship at the Collegium, he used his more than thirty years of experience as a professor on three continents to instigate reflection around the issues of global higher education policy.
